Concern.

A qualified white male college graduate will be hired at a significantly higher rate (approaching 2 to 1) than an equally qualified black male applicant in the United States (Harvard Business Review 2017). 

And it’s getting worse. (Affecting our kids, nieces, nephews and friends)
What are you going to do about it?
