A business partner asked us to assist a hard working family who was stuck without financing.

The families’ bank nor the Internet lender working with them could qualify them for a home loan to buy their dream home due to what they called “insufficient income”. The family owned a business and used the tax law to legally reduce their income.

We were happy to solve the “insufficient income” problem using our experience and proven financial techniques.

We smoothly worked with the Realtors on the acquisition of this property and we gave critical insider tips to the Title Company on how to successfully structure the complex collateral documentation.

In the end, we beat the funding deadline and the family is now happily preparing to move in.
