$1.9M loan problem solved.
“CPA refers us a client who has a problem.”
We received a call last month from a CPA who has a client that needs to pay off a $1.9M construction loan and his bank says no.
The main problem is that the client will not start his new job for three months and his bank will not consider a loan for him. His bank says no even though he has excellent job history, 800 credit scores, large equity position in the home and large cash reserves in bank accounts and retirement accounts.
After review, we have determined that we have a number of funding sources that will solve the problem for this family in the West Bay Area!
